Receptet är super enkelt, man behöver bara rosor, grovt havssalt och en tom glasbruk. Mängden salt och blommor som behövs beror på vilken storleks glasburk man använder.
Det är bara att varva rosor och salt i glasburken. Därefter är det bara att stänga burken ordentligt och låta den stå i minst en vecka så att saltet skall hinna absorbera rosdoften. Man kan naturligtvis byta ut rosorna mot vilka andra (ogiftiga) blommor som helst. Ifall saltet efter en vecka inte doftar tillräckligt eller ifall man vill pröva andra kombinationer kan man ytterligare tillägga 20 doppar valfri eterisk olja, men då gäller det att ta bort rosorna från saltet. Badsaltet håller upp till ett år.
Bath salt with four different roses
The recipe is super simple, all you need is roses, course sea salt and an empty glass jar. The amount of flowers and salt needed depends on the size of your jar.
You just layer the roses and the salt into the jar. After that you just close up the jar thoroughly and leave it for at least one week. You want to give the salt enough time to absorb the rose scent. Of course you could switch out the roses for any other type of flower. If you feel like the salt doesn't smell enough like roses after a week, or if you want to try different combinations you can add about 20 drops of essential oil. Just remember to remove the petals before adding the oil. The bath salt will last up to one year.
